Budwell is pleased to offer package protection at checkout through Route. Route covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. Budwell does not assume liability for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

All Buddies are covered under the "No Bad Buddies" Lifetime Guarantee. Regardless of when or from where you purchased your BUDDY, if it becomes defective from normal use, we will replace it. This does not cover lost pipes.

We ship within the United States and to Canada. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number. Any free shipping offers apply to the continental United States only and do not include insurance. Budwell is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
